Description

Since its introduction in 1949, the ES-175 has become recognized as a legendary hollow-body guitar of exceptional beauty and tone, used professionally over the decades by numerous Jazz, Rock, and Blues icons. This 1960 example has been very well taken care of, with the exception of a small area on the back of the neck which displays some player wear. It sports a desirable Natural finish with beautiful organic checking over the majority of the instrument. Our favorite part of this guitar is the pickups: period-correct double black PAFs which bring out all of the resonance and nuance provided by the aged Maple body. The pickups – along with the Bigsby, tuner buttons, and bridge – were all added over the years, combining with the original to create a guitar with all the visual and tonal charm one could ever ask for from this model!

Comes complete with its original brown case. Please email or call with any questions!
