Description
Introduced in 1969, the Telecaster Thinline model was an interesting departure from its earlier siblings. Constructed with a semi-hollow body and the Seth Lover designed Wide Range pickups, these guys certainly had something different to offer. The example, in desirable black, is overall in great shape. Shows dings and scuffs in places from gigs over the years but ultimately is all there. Pickups and harness are original, pots date to the 46th week of 1973 & 52nd week of 1973, and the neck dates to May of 1972. Frets are getting a little lower and could probably use a re-fret at some point. These instruments didn’t come with the tallest wire out of the factory to begin with. This guitar, however, is still very much playable now. Comes complete with original hardshell case. Please Call or Email with any questions.
