Telecaster Thinlines are another great alternative for someone who loves the look and feel of a Telecaster, but needs a bit less treble in their tone. The combo of the f-hole and the Tim Shaw single-coils really deliver a classic Tele sound that doesn’t bite quite as hard as other members of the family. It’s a looker too, with all of the vintage stylings of the era that made this guitar. And thanks to the semi-hollow body, this axe is certainly a little easier on the shoulders – although Telecasters were never really that heavy to begin with!

Tim Shaw designed 60s Telecaster Thinline pickups deliver authentic late sixties Tele tones, while the 21 Vintage Tall frets and a 9.5” radius contribute to comfortable playability. Other touches include original-era body radii, vintage-style hardware – including F logo tuners, vintage-style hardshell case and a lacquer finish that lets the wood breathe naturally with resonant tone, and wears in a distinctively appealing way.
