The compact body size combined with a Sitka spruce top and solid Sapele back and sides give this guitar a vibrant midrange tone with excellent focus and projection. The low end is crisp while the highs are bell-like and clear. The Mid range is subtle and evenly balanced. It has excellent overtones and reacts well to your touch.
The neck features an ebony fingerboard, 24 7/8″ scale length and small diamond fretboard inlays. Like all Taylor acoustics, the neck is designed for comfort and easy playability.
The Expression System 2 electronics do a great job of replicating the tone of this guitar when plugged in making it the perfect companion for the gigging guitarist.
